William assists clients with complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on leases, title opinions, and oil & gas work, in general. William’s experience includes drafting dispositive motions for matters in state and federal court, arguing hearings, providing in-depth legal research, and assisting in other phases of litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, William served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas M. Reavley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  He also worked as an associate at an international law firm in Houston.

William’s background in journalism, paired with his clerkship and career experience compiling research for in-depth memoranda and trial preparation adds great strength to our litigation practice.
