Ray Chester, Partner and Chair of the Product Liability Group at McGinnis Lochridge, is quoted in Time Magazine's cover piece, "How Botox Became the Drug that's Treating Everything." (www.time.com subscription required) Ray and his team successfully represented plaintiffs in lawsuits against Allergan, primarily involving off label use of the Botox -- several of which went to trial. The Group also received recognition as the 2015 Product Liability Group of the Year by Texas Lawyer.
