Our work includes representation of creditors and trustees in commercial bankruptcies, including bankruptcies of automobile and other dealers, developers, high-tech companies, oil companies, manufacturers, retailers, service companies, agricultural companies and educational companies. We have experience with a variety of strategies required to aggressively protect our clients’ rights, including creditor plans, critical vendor designations, and stalking-horse sales to allow the creditor to market collateral at an early stage. We also represent major creditors and bankruptcy trustees in consumer bankruptcies, replevins and other creditor rights actions involving consumer debts.
