Amy Clark Meachum has a diverse litigation practice in which she represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of civil litigation matters. In the past several years, she has represented numerous individuals throughout the country against drug companies for failing to warn about the dangers of their products. Amy spends a large portion of her defense-side practice representing lawyers in malpractice and other professional liability matters. For nearly a decade, Amy has been litigating some of the most complex litigation matters in the state related to health care law, products liability and professional malpractice. She has been named a “Texas Rising Star” by Texas Law & Politics Magazine for the past three years (2007, 2008 and 2009) for general civil litigation.
