Job Summary:
McGinnis Lochridge is seeking an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our Labor & Employment Law Practice Group. We represent employers across the full spectrum of employment-related matters, including advice and counsel, training, and litigation. Employment law experience is required, with preference given to candidates whose practice has focused on the employer side. Candidates must be licensed in Texas, with preference for admission to the federal district courts in Texas. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and litigation experience. This partnership-track position offers the opportunity to work directly with a highly specialized team and build a sophisticated employment law practice, backed by the resources of a full-service firm.
Location:
This position is primarily in-person in our Dallas office, conveniently located in the heart of downtown.
