Stacy K. Slaughter

Stacy started her employment law journey at McGinnis Lochridge as a Summer Associate in May of 2022. Stacy now practices labor and employment litigation in our Dallas office. She represents employers in all facets of employment law, including litigation, arbitrations, mediations, injunctive relief, administrative proceedings, counseling and trainings, and has worked on various employment law matters, including, but not limited to, wage and hour (FLSA, EPA, and state law equivalents), discrimination and harassment (Title VII, ADEA, and state law equivalents), retaliation, leaves of absence (ADA, FMLA), workers’ compensation, employee terminations, accommodations (ADA), trade secrets, and non-competition and non-solicitation covenants.

Outside of the law, Stacy enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her mini-goldendoodle, Dollie; reading a good book; and baking.
