Kaitlyn Lovingfoss advises businesses on mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance, and graduated summa cum laude from Washington University School of Law after a master's in wealth management and risk compliance.

Kaitlyn is an associate in the Corporate and Tax group in the Austin office. Her work centers on mergers and acquisitions and the governance documents that support them.
