Overview
Lee has represented a number of lending institutions with commercial financing projects, including documentation of multi-jurisdictional secured loans, foreclosures and workouts, and recovery and preservation of secured collateral interests following customer bankruptcy filings. Lee has assisted real estate developers and investors in all aspects of real estate transactions, including retail, office, warehousing, apartment complexes, and mixed use projects. Lee has also represented numerous buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. Following his graduation from law school, Lee completed a federal externship with the Chief Judge for the Western District of Arkansas.

Representation of seller of 7 subsidiaries in 5 U.S. States with an aggregate selling price of approximately $75,000,000.
Negotiated numerous commercial leases on behalf of landlords, tenants, sublandlords and subtenants.
