Zachery A. Grigg

Zachery Grigg is an attorney in the Firm's Labor and Employment Practice, where he represents employers in litigation, administrative proceedings, and day-to-day workplace counseling. His practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability accommodation, wage and hour compliance, leave management, and workplace investigations.

Zachery regularly defends employers against claims arising under federal and state employment laws. In addition to defending employment claims, he advises employers on personnel decisions, workplace investigations, employee discipline, reductions in force, disability accommodation, leave administration, and the development and implementation of employment policies and handbooks. He also assists clients with government audits, internal compliance reviews, and regulatory investigations, including matters involving the U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Zachery has represented employers in state and federal trial courts, arbitration proceedings, unemployment appeals, and appellate litigation before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He works with businesses across a broad range of industries, providing practical, strategic advice designed to minimize legal risk while advancing each client's business objectives.

Before entering private practice, Zachery served as an Instructor of Political Science at El Paso Community College and as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at New Mexico State University. During law school, he served as a Judicial Intern to Justice Amanda L. Reichek of the Fifth District Court of Appeals of Texas and completed additional litigation-focused clerkships in private practice.
