McGinnis Lochridge is pleased to announce the addition of Heather Duncan as Chief Operating Officer. Heather joins the firm from Vogel Law Firm, a multi-office 47 attorney firm headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota.
Heather brings to the Firm 16 years of experience in corporate operations management. At McGinnis Lochridge, she will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including overseeing human resources, marketing, and legal secretaries; refining operational processes; facilities management and administration; and more.

Prior to her experience in the legal field, Heather owned a photography and event planning business, and served in various positions for AT&T, Qwest Communications and Kaiser Permanente.
Heather received her Bachelor’s of Science/Behavioral Science from Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Master’s of Science in Legal Administration from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
