Jonathan Baughman, a partner at McGinnis Lochridge, has been elected to the State Bar of Texas Oil, Gas & Energy Resources Law Section Council. The Section sponsors projects and continuing legal education seminars each year designed to serve its members and the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Baughman represents clients in a wide variety of complex civil litigation. His practice is particularly strong in oil and gas disputes, but Jonathan also has substantial experience in real estate, construction, products liability and insurance disputes.
