RMMF is non-profit organization who, through a collaborative effort of representatives from law schools, bar associations and mining and oil associations is committed to the scholarly and practical study of the law and regulations relating to mining, oil and gas, energy, water, public lands, and related areas
Jonathan represents clients in a wide variety of complex civil litigation. Although his practice focuses mostly on oil and gas disputes, Jonathan also has substantial experience in real estate, construction, products liability and insurance disputes.
