McGinnis Lochridge is pleased to announce that David Herrold has joined the firm as a partner in its Dallas office. A trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience, Herrold deepens the firm's litigation bench and expands its capabilities across banking, energy, and corporate matters in North Texas.
Herrold concentrates his practice on complex commercial and civil litigation, including banking and lender liability, creditors' rights, energy disputes, commercial restructuring, and D&O/E&O defense, regularly appearing in Texas and Oklahoma state and federal courts, before administrative tribunals, and in arbitration proceedings. He also serves as outside or general counsel to businesses and executive teams, advising on corporate governance, compliance, and transactions.
