McGinnis Lochridge is excited to welcome Myra Dioquino to the firm's Corporate & Tax and Technology practice groups.
Dioquino represents emerging and established companies across a range of industries, with a particular focus on technology clients including SaaS providers and managed service providers. Her practice covers general corporate governance, commercial contracts, venture financing, and intellectual property strategy. She frequently serves as external general counsel to companies, working closely with founders and executive teams on growth, operations, and long-term strategy.
Her transactional experience spans the full company lifecycle. She has counseled clients through pre-seed, Series Seed, and Series A and B financings and has advised on due diligence in connection with venture financing and M&A transactions. On the commercial contracts side, she has served as contracts counsel for professional sports teams in the NFL, NBA, and MLS, and represented a retail technology SaaS company in multimillion-dollar agreements with multinational retailers.
Dioquino is active in the legal community, serving as President-Elect of the Austin Asian American Bar Association, Treasurer of the State Bar of Texas Asian Pacific Interest Section, and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. She is also a member of the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and her B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology and Public Health from the University of Texas. We are thrilled to welcome her to the firm.
