McGinnis Lochridge is excited to welcome Olivia Land as an Associate in the firm's Litigation practice group.
Land earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and received the Dean's Award for Lawyering Skills and the Pro Bono Achievement Award. She also served as President of the Women's Law Society and Marketing Committee Chair for Admissions Ambassadors.
Prior to joining the firm, Land served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable John W. Holcomb of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and clerked at Wright & Greenhill P.C. She also completed a two-year fellowship as a Legal Assistant at Edwards Law Group PLLC, where she gained hands-on experience in civil litigation.
Land received her B.B.A. in Risk Management and Insurance, with a minor in Political Science and a Certificate in Legal Studies, from the University of Georgia, graduating cum laude. She also studied abroad at the University of Oxford. We are thrilled to welcome her to the firm.
