McGinnis Lochridge is pleased to welcome Whitney Warren as Of Counsel. Whitney brings more than 12 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters across the United States.
Whitney’s practice focuses on insurance coverage disputes, construction litigation, indemnity matters, and a broad range of commercial controversies, including partnership and real estate disputes. She has extensive experience handling insurance disputes on behalf of corporate policyholders under property, professional liability, and commercial liability policies.
Her work spans all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation through appeal—where she develops strategic approaches, analyzes legal issues across multiple jurisdictions, evaluates risk exposure, and executes litigation plans tailored to each client’s objectives.
In addition to her litigation practice, Whitney regularly advises clients on insurance-related matters, including risk minimization strategies, indemnity agreement drafting, and securing optimal insurance coverage. Prior to joining the firm, she represented both policyholders and nationwide insurers, providing her with a comprehensive, well-rounded perspective on coverage disputes and litigation strategy.
