Overview
Courtney practices regulatory and administrative law in McGinnis Lochridge's Austin office, counseling clients on business transactions, legislative matters, regulatory permitting, and proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Courtney received her B.A. in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and her J.D. from Baylor University School of Law, where she completed the Real Estate and Natural Resources Professional Track. Courtney was involved in the Baylor Law Review and was a member of the Baylor Barrister Society, Baylor Law’s advocacy honor society. During law school, Courtney clerked at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and the Texas Railroad Commission.
