Overview
Ashley’s practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on onshore / offshore energy disputes and construction defect matters. Ashley represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley’s experience included defending healthcare facilities and providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and representing employers and carriers in federal workers’ compensation claims under the Defense Base Act.
