  • Advises software and technology companies on the creation of standard commercial contract documents for B2B and B2C customer relationships, including master agreements, website terms and conditions, privacy policies, service level agreements, and data security agreements
  • Served as commercial contracts counsel for a retail technology SaaS company in multimillion-dollar contracts valued up to $3M with multinational commercial retailers
  • Served as commercial contracts counsel for professional sports teams, including in the National Football League, National Basketball Association, and Major League Soccer, supporting in-house legal teams with privacy and data protection counsel and the negotiation of technology services agreements
