We defend a variety of corporate clients from various industries in catastrophic injury cases. These include oilfield accidents, commercial motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability cases. We frequently act as personal counsel for defendants in insured litigation where there is excess exposure and/or coverage disputes.

Ray Chester is board certified in both Personal Injury Litigation and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, recognized in Best Lawyers in America, and Texas Super Lawyers. He has over 35 years’ experience in representing individuals injured in automobile and trucking accidents. Mr. Chester led a McGinnis team which established the liability for the Ortho Evra birth control patch litigation, which later became the largest pharmaceutical mass tort at that time and led to the product being effectively removed from the market. Later, the McGinnis Lochridge team spearheaded a series of groundbreaking verdicts across the country against the manufacturer of Botox. Our depth of experience in both personal injury and products liability gives us the opportunity to succeed in the face of factual and legal challenges deemed hopeless by others.
